At Atomic9.NET, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of contracted clients and anonymous site visitors. Most of this site can be visited without your giving any personal information to Atomic9.NET. On occation and under special circumstances, Atomic9.NET needs information about to to provide a level of service. The following text explains web site data collection necessary in certain situations.
Collecting Personal Information
A web form on the Atomic9.NET site (or a printed paper facsimile) will ask for certain information that personally identifies you so that we may contact you at a later date. Generally, this is requested for email news registration, downloading an application or source code, or paying for a software service or product. The request is usually limited to

But it may include other request areas depending on the exact nature of the web site form.
Updating Information
To review or update profile information, simply send an email to the

Personal information is stored and used by Atomic9.NET systems to make sites easier to navigate and provide seamless authorization/entitlement for the software items we license. Atomic9.NET will not disclose your personal information to other parties without notice to you (via your email address). This use may be excepted in these cases

Security of Information
Information is stored and backed up to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, accidental disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We honor the information and its intended use by providing layers of security around your data, including internal password, user roles, and access auditing. Personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Please keep in mind that you as the end-user play a role in protecting your information; never share a logon ID and/or password with anyone else who accesses Atomic9.NET resources.
Use of Cookies, State, and Tracking
Atomic9.NET does not make use of cookies to provide authentication, authorization, or entitlement to web sites or services. Our “state” methods only include pure server-side technologies, making cookies unnecessary.
We do not track individual visitor statistics on Atomic9.NET sites.
Based on visits by all internet-based clients, Atomic9.NET generates internal summary information to determine the popularity of its web pages and web services. Atomic9.NET does not share this aggregated information with other entities. Atomic9.NET does not allow other companies to add their own tracking mechanisms to its sites.

Occasional changes will be made to this statement. When changes are made, the “Last Update” line at the top of this document as well as the body test will be changed. Significant changes will also be noted in the “News” section of this site.
